When does registration open?
In fact, Nazareth Apostolate opens applications and not registration. Applications typically open each year in January. The mission of Nazareth Apostolate is so important that we give first priority to first-time families, and so registration is a process of applying, and then awaiting confirmation, which usually happens in March.
How does registration work?
The registration process at Nazareth starts by families applying using our application form, which opens in January in any given year. An application is considered complete only once we have received the $250 deposit. Nazareth Apostolate values making camp available to new families, families returning for a second time, among other priorities, and thus yearly discerns from among our applicants which families will be accepted. Once families are accepted they will be notified, and asked to send the remaining balance of the registration fee by May 1st. This will complete a family's registration to camp in that given year. What's your cancelation policy?
Our Cancellation policy is as follows: By May 1st: Full payment or remaining balance will be due. June 1st: cancellation deadline. If canceling after June 1st, Nazareth Apostolate will retain the $250 deposit. If canceling within 2 weeks of camp, Nazareth Apostolate will retain the full registration fee.
